EB Liberty House was founded in late 1993 for the purpose of developing ways to work at eliminating homelessness. This was the vision of its founder, Emma Bromon.
EB Liberty House, under the directorship of the National Council of Negro Women of GNO, is a 501(c)(3) organization designed to work with a humanitarian concept. Liberty House is a transitional living program for young women who are homeless with children.
